E-Prescription Notification Cards
"Electronic Prescription Notification Cards" explain
to patients that their prescription was sent securely and
accurately to their pharmacy of choice using electronic
prescribing. These cards can be given to patients at the end
of each visit. While this card is not a prescription, it
will serve as a reminder to local pharmacists to check their
computer (or fax machine if the pharmacy has not been
enabled for electronic prescribing) for the prescriptions
that you send electronically.
